What I Stand For
So, what do I stand for?
I stand for communities who are trying or have given up on being heard. I stand for the disappearing natural areas of the Earth. I stand for cross-cultural communication and understanding. And lastly, I stand for those who are no longer able to stand for themselves.

What Science Means to Me
Science isn’t this complex thing only available for the privileged few at the top. Instead, science helps us better understand the world. Yes, science is experiments done in a lab, but it’s also gardening. It’s stargazing and cooking and talking. It is a part of everything we do, and our understanding of it is constantly evolving.
I believe that everyone should have access to museums, national and state parks, and the results of research. In science, there is something for everyone, and I believe that with the right framing and accessibility efforts, it can excite and empower anyone.
